Refund Policy

The Quick Check is free and unlimited within fair use. It shows the shape of the result you would receive from a full assessment. We recommend running it before requesting any paid service.

A Production Readiness Assessment (USD 490) or Re-Check (USD 149) is a digital service delivered when the run completes and the report is generated.

• Cancel any time before the run starts: full refund, no questions.
• If the run fails for a technical reason on our side, or the report cannot be produced, we re-run it or refund you in full.
• Once the report has been delivered the service is complete, so it is not refundable simply because the result was not the one you hoped for.

Remediation and monitoring engagements are confirmed in writing before work starts. You can cancel at no cost until then. After work has started, we refund the portion not yet delivered. Monthly Keep Ready plans can be cancelled for the following month at any time.
